Integrating Listrak with your LateShipment.com account enables seamless email communication with your customers, enhancing their post-purchase experience. Follow this step-by-step guide to establish the integration using Listrak's Email API.

Step 1: Access Listrak Integrations

  1. Log In to Listrak: Enter your Listrak account credentials to access the dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Integrations: From the main menu, select Integrations.

  3. Initiate New Integration: Click on New Integration to start the setup process.

Step 2: Configure API Settings

  1. Select Email Integration: Under the available options, choose Email Integration and click on Integrate.

  2. Proceed to Setup: Click on Setup to configure the integration details.

  3. Name the Integration: Assign a descriptive name to the integration for easy identification.

  4. Set API Access Permissions:

    • Ensure all areas of the API are accessible by selecting Everything.

  2. Obtain API Credentials:

    • Copy the Client ID and Client Secret provided.

    • Important: The Client Secret cannot be retrieved if lost. Ensure it is copied and stored securely.

  3. Share Credentials with Support: Send the Client ID and Client Secret to your LateShipment.com support agent to complete the integration process.
