1. Start a New Journey

  1. Navigate to the Journeys section in your Attentive dashboard.

  2. Click on Create Journey.

  3. Choose Start from Scratch to build a new journey from the ground up.

  4. Select a Trigger:

    • For this tutorial, choose “LS Late Shipment Order Out for Delivery” as the journey trigger.

  5. Click Get Started to proceed.


2. Set Up the Text Message Action

  1. Drag and Drop: Use the drag-and-drop feature to place the Text Message Action into your journey.
