Step 1: Generate an API Key in Omnisend

  1. Access Store Settings:

    • Log in to your Omnisend account.

    • Click on your brand name in the top-right corner.

    • Select Store Settings from the dropdown menu.

  2. Create a New API Key:

    • Navigate to the API Keys section.

    • Click on Create API Key.

    • Assign a recognizable name to the API key (e.g., "LateShipment Integration").

    • Under Permissions, ensure that the Events permission is enabled.

    • Click Save to generate the API key.

  3. Copy the API Key:

    • After creation, copy the API key to your clipboard for later use.


Step 2: Integrate Omnisend with LateShipment.com

    • Access your LateShipment.com account.

  2. Navigate to Integration Settings:
