Step 1: Access Notification Settings

  1. Log In: Enter your LateShipment.com account credentials.

  2. Navigate to Settings: Click on the Settings option in the main menu.

  3. Select Notifications: Within Settings, choose the Notifications tab.

Step 2: Initiate Domain Verification

  1. Locate the Verify Option: Under the Automate section, find the Verify button.

  2. Click Verify: Press the Verify button to start the process.

  3. Enter Sender Details: Provide the Sender Name and Sender Email ID.

  4. Add Sender Information: Click Add to confirm the details.

  5. Proceed to Verify Domain: Click on Verify Domain to continue.

Step 3: Configure DNS Settings

  1. Copy CNAME Records: The system will display multiple CNAME records. Start by copying the first one.

  2. Access Domain Registrar: Log in to your domain registrar's account (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap).

  3. Manage DNS Settings: Navigate to the Manage DNS or DNS Settings section.

  4. Add New Record: Click on Add New Record and set the type to CNAME.

  5. Enter CNAME Details:

    • Name: Paste the copied CNAME name.

    • Value: Return to LateShipment.com, copy the corresponding value, and paste it into the Value field.

    • TTL: Set the Time To Live (TTL) to 30 minutes.

  6. Save Record: Click Save or Add Record to apply the changes.

  7. Repeat for Additional CNAMEs: If there are more CNAME records, repeat steps 4-6 for each.

Step 4: Complete Verification

  1. Return to LateShipment.com: After updating the DNS records, go back to your LateShipment.com account.

  2. Continue and Verify: Click on Continue and Verify.

  3. Enter OTP: An OTP will be sent to your provided email address. Enter this OTP in the designated field.

  4. Finalize Verification: Click Verify to complete the process.

  5. Confirm Verification Status: In the Notifications settings, the Verify button should now appear green, indicating successful domain verification.
