Here’s an article to guide you through the process of populating product images within Klaviyo

Step 1: Add the Table Block

  1. Locate the Table Block:

    • In your Klaviyo email template editor, navigate to the left-side panel under the block section.

    • Scroll down to find the "Table" block.

  2. Drag and Drop:

    • Drag the Table block to your preferred location within the template.

Step 2: Configure Table Settings

  1. Access Table Settings:

    • Click on the table you just added to reveal the "Table settings" option in the left panel.

  2. Choose Dynamic Data:

    • Switch Table data from Static to Dynamic, which allows you to use event data or web feeds.

    • Set the Row Collection to "event.Items."

    • Assign the Row alias to "Items."

  3. Define Columns:

    • Scroll down to the Columns section and add the required number of columns to display your desired data fields.

Step 3: Set Column Content

  1. Configure the First Column:

    • Access the Content section within the table settings.

    • Set the first column's content type to "Image."

    • Scroll down and select Dynamic Image.

    • Set the Dynamic variable to Items.image and click Save.

  2. Set Text for Other Columns:

    • For the second column, select Text as the cell content type.

    • Add a dynamic variable like Items.name to display the product name.

    • For the third column, add another text variable, such as Items.quantity, to show the quantity.

  3. Finalize Configuration:

    • After configuring all columns, click Save to finalize your table content setup.

Step 4: Preview and Test

  1. Preview Your Template:

    • Click Preview and Test to check if the dynamic images are displaying correctly.

  2. Important Note:

    • Dynamic images will only populate within email flows that use event data, not in the static template preview.

Congratulations!

You’ve successfully added dynamic order images to your Klaviyo email template. This feature enhances customer engagement by providing a visual representation of their ordered items, making your emails more personalized and professional.
