Creating a branded tracking page within your LateShipment.com account enhances customer engagement by providing a seamless, on-brand experience during the order tracking process. Follow this comprehensive guide to set up your customized tracking page effectively.
Using Pre-Built Templates
Access Settings:
Log in to your LateShipment.com account.
Navigate to the Settings section.
Customize Tracking Page:
Scroll to locate the option for Customize Tracking Page.
Choose from the available pre-built templates: Standard, Timeline, or Pristine.
Upload Brand Assets:
Upload your company's logo and favicon in the specified dimensions.
Enter the corresponding logo URL.
Personalize Appearance:
Adjust the header color, tracking page color, and add relevant brand images.
Include social media links to enhance connectivity.
Save Changes:
After finalizing the customizations, click Update to apply the changes.
Building a Custom Tracking Page
Navigate to Builder:
In your account, go to the Builder section.
Select Custom Page Builder.
Choose Layout:
Pick one of the three provided layouts that best fits your brand's aesthetic.
Upload Logo and Adjust Fonts:
Upload your logo.
To modify text appearance, select the text, go to Typography, and choose the desired font and size.
Modify Button Colors:
Click on the button you wish to change.
Scroll to Decorations and select the new button color.
Note: Certain elements, such as the tracking number and package status, are sourced directly from the carrier and cannot be edited.
Adding Product Recommendations
Insert Product Details:
Within the Product Recommendation block, upload product images.
Enter the product name and price.
To link the product, click on Shop Now and paste the URL into the Href field.
Integrate with Nosto:
Go to Blocks and select Product Recommendation with Nosto.
Drag and drop it into the desired location on your template.
Provide your Nosto key to the support team for integration.
Creating Additional Templates
Select Workspace:
To design another template, choose a different workspace from the eight available options.
Design and Save:
Create your template within the selected workspace.
Once completed, click Save.
To make it active, click Publish.
