When a shipment issue arises, such as orders delivered late, in-transit delays, or packages that are lost or damaged in transit, the integration of LateShipment.com's integration with Yotpo's Loyalty program allows merchants to provide a timely and customer-focused solution. As soon as LateShipment.com identifies a shipping problem, this integration can issue Yotpo Loyalty points or coupons to the affected customers as a means of apology. With these rewards, customers can receive discounts on their next purchase or access exclusive rewards, turning a negative shopping experience into an opportunity for future positive engagement.
- Click on Set Up Program in your Yotpo Loyalty Dashboard.
- Select Manage Earning Rules and create a "New Earning Rule".
- In the rule configuration settings, select "Custom Action".
4. In the Campaign creation page, define the action and points to reward to customers
Here's a list of actions you can reward users for:
- LS_Delivery_Delay
When there is a delay in delivery. - LS_Intransit_Delay
When an order is delayed in transit - LS_Lost_Package
When an order is lost by a shipping carrier in transit. - LS_Damaged_Package
When an order is damaged in transit.
Please make sure that the "Action Name" field matches the exact action name given in the custom action in Yotpo Loyalty.
- Click on Save Changes.
- Go to the LateShipment.com account >> Settings>> Integrations >> Reviews and Loyalty >> Yotpo Loyalty.
- Enable the events you've created Custom Earning Rules on Yotpo for LateShipment.com to activate the integration.
