We currently support the creation of one custom rule that allows you to define products by Tags and/or Product IDs, and the associated return methods (Refund/Exchange/Store credit) and custom return window (if required).
As part of our future release, we will be extending this functionality to not only allow the creation of multiple such rules but also the ability to configure advanced conditions and specific outcomes.
If you have specific requirements around the creation of such custom rules and condition-based outcomes, please let us know at support@lateshipment.com. We will be happy to incorporate your suggestions and fast-track this for you.
