Setting Up a Routing Rule Based on Location
Access Returns Management:
Log in to your LateShipment.com account.
Navigate to the Returns Experience Management section.
Define Return Rules:
Select Return Rules.
Click on the Routing tab.
Create a New Rule:
Click on Add to initiate a new routing rule.
Enter a descriptive title for the rule.
Choose Location as the rule type.
Specify Location Details:
Select the Country (e.g., United States).
Choose the specific State (e.g., California).
Enter Warehouse Information:
Provide the First Name and Last Name associated with the warehouse contact.
Enter the Company Name.
Fill in the Warehouse Address, including City, State, and ZIP Code.
Add a contact Phone Number.
Activate the Rule:
Toggle the activation switch to enable the rule.
