How to initiate and manage a return

Step 1: Enter an order ID and an email address, then click Start Return.

Step 2: Select a return method.

Step 3: Select the products to return.

Step 4: Choose a reason for return and upload any necessary images. Click Next to view the return summary.

Step 5: Click Next again to initiate the return.

Step 6: Click View shipping details. 

Customers can track their return or download the return label from this page.

Managing Returns

Step 7: To cancel a return request, navigate to Manage Returns.

Step 8: Search for the order ID.

Step 9: To approve or reject an individual item, use this page. To cancel the entire return request, click "Cancel Request" and then confirm.
