Who pays for return shipping?
Can you incentivize customers to pick exchanges or store credit over refunds? The ability to define and provision for these choices are available to you as part of Return Methods.
We currently support these methods of return resolution:
Refunds: This allows for a refund to be credited to the original payment method.
Exchanges: Exchanges are currently limited to size variants only.
Store Credit: This allows for a refund to be provided by way of a store credit/gift card.
