I forgot the password to my Lateshipment.com account. What should I do now?

If you have forgotten your password and cannot access your Lateshipment.com account, you can restore your log in details with a Password Reset.

 To request the password reset email, please enter the email address associated with the account:



 

Once you enter the email address, click the Submit button.  You will then receive an email to reset your password to your mailbox.

Click the Set a New Password button in the email you received and you will be redirected to the page where you can specify a new password.

For security reasons, we suggest you use a password containing at least 8 characters with no spaces at the beginning and end of the password.
