Where can I access my return portal?

The return portal can be accessed from two places on your account:

1. From the get started screen:
    

2. From your returns dashboard: Select ‘create a return' button on the top right corner of your dashboard. This will open your return portal in a new browser tab.

You can use this to test drive the customer return experience or create a return on behalf of a customer.

You will also find an option to copy the link to your return portal against the ‘create a return’ button. Simply copy the link and add it to your website, email notifications, or anywhere else you’d like to add your return portal.
